Meet Our Team
Lynne Gunn, Founder
Lynne founded CCG Consulting Group in 2017 and has been providing Organizational Development and Learning consulting services to publicly owned, private equity, and non-profit clients across multiple industries.
She spent 15 years working in corporate environments in industries such as consulting, manufacturing, financial services, and wholesale distribution. During her corporate years, she led OD and Learning teams, launched a number of leadership development and talent management programs, introduced OD partnering models and provided strategic support for the business.
Lynne received her B.A. from Purdue University and an M.A. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Western Kentucky University. She is a certified DISC facilitator through both Wiley and Triaxia, a certified facilitator of The Five Behaviors® and is certified to deliver 360 Feedback through both Lominger VOICES and the PROFILOR tool.
Lynne resides in the suburbs of Atlanta with her husband and two children. She enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, reading, and hiking.
Heather Kapsak, Learning and Development Specialist
Heather supports learning program development and strategy at CCG. From analyzing and strategizing content to creating and facilitating engaging learning session, she contributes to the overall success of CCG’s learning initiatives and drives growth.
Heather joined the CCG Consulting Group in early 2023 as an Administrative Coordinator before transitioning to Learning and Development Specialist in the beginning of 2024. Prior to joining CCG Consulting Group, Heather was a Realtor and taught elementary and middle school. As a CD DiSC style, she is a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Heather earned both a B.A and M.Ed in Education and Curriculum and Instruction from George Mason University.
She resides in the suburbs of Richmond, VA with her husband and son. She enjoys spending time with her family, reading, baking, and creating resin keepsake jewelry.
